We hate to brag, but . . . (blush) . . . we wanted you to be among the first to hear some recent news.

For the second year in a row California Home + Design magazine has selected SMDS as a winner of the coveted CH+D Award. They have chosen the room we designed for the 2006 San Francisco Decorator Showcase as their pick for best showcase design. The room, inspired by Miller's jaunts to France and the work of Jean Cocteau, is a mod take on classic French design, a veritable a paean to blue and white. Look for full coverage of the CH+D Awards in the February issue of California Home + Design.

This is the latest in an exciting run of press for us: you may also have read about SMDS this fall in California Home & Design, September 2006 (they are too kind!); Traditional Home, October 2006 (another showhouse shout-out); Marin Magazine, October 2006.
